Ramsey Communities Neighbourhood Plan - Draft (Regulation 14)

During the summer the Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group requested feedback from local residents and businesses in order to create a Neighbourhood Plan for Ramsey and its villages. The Ramsey Communities Neighbourhood Plan is a document that will go through a consultation process involving residents and local businesses and once agreed by the District Council will form a document which sets out our vision for Ramsey and its villages.

Thank you to everyone who took part in the survey during the summer. We have analysed the feedback and a summary of the results can be found in the attached document. Once the draft Neighbourhood Plan has been written we will invite you to comment from 12 Jan - 2 March 2026.

This will be followed by a referendum (community vote) in late spring/summer 2026.
