Ramsey Town Council is pleased to announce that work has started on our new Council offices in the Great Whyte.

We now have a couple of vacant allotments available in Stocking Fen Road. The allotments require lot of work and commitment but will repay you with great home grown veg and fruit if you are prepared to put the work in.

Flood Resilience Day

Cambridgeshire County Council Community Flood Action team will be visiting the Great Whyte in Ramsey on 12 November with the Floodmobile to engage with residents over flooding issues.

Ramsey War Memorial Refurbishment

Ramsey War Memorial Refurbishment

Ramsey Town Council has now finished the refurbishment of the War Memorial on Church Green. The work to install new foundations was carried out following concerns that the memorial was listing, following its re erection the memorial was cleaned and refurbished. A service of re-dedication was held on Monday 13 August during the service to celebrate VJ Day.

Huntingdonshire District Council has been actively promoting its Market Town Strategy and the re-opening of its market towns after Covid-19.
